Yes. Every booking starts with a written quote based on our rates. That way you know upfront which units (hour, half day, song) apply.

Regular hours: Monday–Friday 10:00–22:00, Saturday 11:00–18:00, closed Sunday. Sessions outside these hours on request.. Outside those times we schedule by agreement when the diary allows — mention it in your request.

One or two visitors in the control room is typical. More may be possible with prior notice so monitoring and safety stay workable.

From age 16, provided a legal guardian books, pays and consents. Younger only by exception after discussion.

Yes, for every booked recording, mix or master session. We do not offer unattended room hire.

Vocals for a three- to four-minute pop track often take two to four hours including warm-up and comping. A well-prepared band can lay several basic tracks in a day — see band recording.

Extensions only if the next slot is free and you ask. Extra time is billed at the service hourly rate.

Yes. The live room fits backline; tell us via contact if you bring large rigs.

Yes, in control or on headphones. For mix and master we plan listening sessions or send interim versions digitally.

Usually 24-bit WAV at 48 kHz unless your project uses another sample rate. Stems and alternates are agreed in the quote — see mix delivery formats.

24 months on secure storage, then deleted unless agreed otherwise. Back up after download.

Yes, if your drive is compatible and time allows after the session. Mention it when booking so we keep margin in the schedule.

We export audio in your podcast format; hosting and RSS stay with your platform. We do not shoot video in this studio.

Allow a few working days after we receive the final mix, depending on load. Rush only by written agreement and possible surcharge.

After full payment for the agreed service we deliver files for your use per terms. The studio claims no rights in your music or lyrics.

Yes, from your own material. Tagging us is optional; ask at mix or master if you want help with loudness for clips.

Only material you have rights or a licence for. Read podcast music rights before importing jingles.

No. We do not use client audio to train machine-learning models and do not create voice clones without written consent.

Only what is needed for planning, invoicing and communication. Details in the privacy policy and cookie policy.

Bank transfer for deposit and balance; card in the studio where possible. IBAN and reference are on quote and invoice.

30 % of the quote on confirmation. Balance per terms — consumers usually on session day, business within 14 days.

More than 7 days before: free. Inside that window the terms and conditions apply (including deposit treatment).

Tell us as soon as possible. We find a new date; more than 7 days out you keep the deposit, closer dates follow cancellation policy.

Yes, 2 written revision rounds per song for mixing. Extra hour: €75 incl. VAT. Mastering: one free revision round on mastering.
