1. General
Nikausync B.V. (trading as Nikausync) publishes https://nikausync.click to explain our services in Amsterdam. By using the site you accept that the content is informational and subject to this disclaimer, alongside our legal notice, privacy policy and terms and conditions.
2. No professional advice
Articles in our guides (such as preparing your voice or podcast music rights) are practical explanations, not legal, tax or medical advice. For copyright, neighbouring rights or label contracts, consult a specialist. FAQ answers are summaries; for bookings your written quote always applies.
3. Prices and availability
Rates on Services and service pages (for example vocal recording from €85 per studio hour or mixing from €240 per song) are guide prices including 21% VAT unless stated otherwise. Availability, exact scope and any surcharges are in your quote. Site changes do not affect ongoing contracts.
4. Technical and artistic outcomes
Recording, mixing and mastering are craft services. We work to common studio standards with 32 input channels and 3 rooms, but the final result also depends on your performance, instruments, source files and revision feedback. We do not promise chart positions, streaming numbers or specific platform loudness; we deliver according to your quote and article 11 of the terms.
5. External links
Where we link to external sources (for example map services or legislation), we do so for convenience. We do not continuously monitor those sites and are not responsible for their content, cookies or security. Opening external pages is at your own risk.
6. Site availability
We aim for a stable site, but maintenance, outages at TransIP B.V. or force majeure may cause temporary interruptions. The FormSubmit contact form may fail; in that case use +31 20 244 89 17 or [email protected]. We try to schedule maintenance outside Mon–Fri 10–22, Sat 11–18 where possible.
7. Liability for site use
Where permitted by law, Nikausync B.V. is not liable for indirect damage from relying on site content without confirmation via Contact. Damage related to studio services is governed by our terms, including limitations for business clients. Consumers keep statutory rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
