3. Purpose of the website

This site describes our recording, mixing, mastering and podcast services in Amsterdam, with guide prices, practical articles in our guides, and answers in the FAQ. It does not replace individual advice on copyright or contracts; consult a professional when in doubt. Our disclaimer explains the limits of the site content.

4. Hosting

The website is hosted by TransIP B.V. (Vondellaan 47, 2332 AA Leiden, the Netherlands). Technical infrastructure is the host’s responsibility; editorial content and client communication remain with Nikausync B.V.. You can ask us about security and availability via email.

5. Contact form and transfer

The form on Contact is processed technically via FormSubmit (a United States service). When you submit the form, the data you enter (name, email, phone, requested service, date and message) is sent to FormSubmit and then forwarded to our mailbox [email protected]. That transfer outside the European Economic Area is required for the form to work; we put agreements in place with FormSubmit that align with the GDPR (including standard contractual clauses where applicable). Details are in our privacy policy. You can also call +31 20 244 89 17 or email [email protected] directly.

6. Intellectual property of the site

Texts, photos, branding and layout on https://nikausync.click are protected. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the relevant page. Commercial reuse without written permission is not allowed. Audio we produce for clients is covered by article 12 of our terms, not by the copyright of this site.

7. Cookies and consent

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our cookie policy. Functional cookies are needed for language choice and remembering your cookie preference (key nksn_consent_v1, retention 182 days). Analytics or marketing cookies are only placed after consent; you can change your choice via in the footer.

8. Accessibility

We aim to keep the site usable for as many visitors as possible. Progress and a contact point for accessibility questions are in our accessibility statement. Reports are welcome via Contact so we can plan improvements.

9. Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint about our services, contact us first via Contact or [email protected]. We reply within 2 business days. Consumers may also rely on statutory remedies described in our terms and conditions. For online disputes between consumers and traders in the EU, see the European ODR platform; we do not automatically take part in an industry mediator unless agreed in writing later.

10. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to this site and to agreements with consumers in the Netherlands, subject to mandatory rules in your country of residence as an EU consumer. Business clients may find different forum choices in our terms. For consumer disputes, the competent court is generally at the consumer’s place of residence, unless the law provides otherwise.

11. Changes and date

We may update this legal notice when our organisation, hosting or legislation changes. Last review: 15 October 2026. Contractual rights under ongoing bookings are not rolled back by a site text change; the version that applied when you accepted a quote remains leading for that job.
